Maureen has recently progressed to Registered Manager and works closely with Claire and Helen in the Dales Community Care office. Maureen has worked in Dales Community Care since 2013. She works closely with the team and the care side of things. She is working closely with the Local Authority to ensure to provide best service to the people we support..
Claire is the Capacity Manager and Care co-ordinator and has been with the company since its inception in 2013. Claire works closely with the manager and the staff team and she also actively get involved with the care side too
My name is Helen and my role is Administrator for Dales Community Care. I have over 30 years background and experience in elderly and social care, working in Nursing homes as a senior carer both days and night shifts. I then had a career change and stepped completely out of my comfort zone to become an office administrator. For the last 6 years I have been the administrator for Dales Community Care overseeing all aspects of our busy office alongside our brilliant team of carers and management team in the beautiful and sometimes wild Yorkshire Dales. .
Janet has worked for the company for 6 year and she has recently become one of our team leaders Janet lives with my partner and she has a Lakeland terrier that she enjoys walking and also love gardening and socialising
Michelle has worked in the care sector for 9 years. She has been team leader for Dales Community Care for two years and worked previously in care home as team leader.
Michelle is a trainer for the company and a mum of three and enjoys clay pigeon shooting in her spare time and doing competitions on her weekends off, Michelle enjoys socialising in my other free time.
