At Dales Community Care we carry out our own customer survey as a part of our quality assurance procedures.
In response to our most recent survey, 59 out of the 67 questionnaires which were issued were returned (88%) – the overall picture presented from this survey is excellent or good, with some lovely comments.
We maintain a compliments book which reflects some heartfelt feelings and messages of thanks. All of these can be viewed on request.
